I’m doing very well! Cigarette cravings are minimal and I’m not even struggling. All is going very smoothly, also food cravings are controlled and I’m eating normally.

I’m very happy! The first few days after I quit, the thought about cigarettes would come only for a few seconds. But now, even during stressful times, I don’t think about it anymore, and there is no way I go back to smoking. I am no longer affected by smokers around me, and smoking in my home is no longer allowed. I’m very proud of myself. Thank you so much!

I am very happy that I was able to quit smoking thanks to IQS. The coaching session with Karla gave me a lot of positivity. I feel so much better!
